Key Responsibilities:

    • Pipeline Development: Utilize a relationship-focused approach to identify and engage new prospects.
    • CRM Management: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through extensive communication networks, aligning with Express Errands & Courier’s core values.
    • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring needs are met and exceeded.
    • Sales Outreach: Lead sales appointments generated through various outreach methods.
    • Client Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
    • Consultative Selling: Offer consultative advice and accurate quotes to clients.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with carrier account managers and the operations team.
    • Target Market Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis for Express Errands & Courier to identify high-potential revenue opportunities in the market.
    • Network Saturation Strategy: Develop a strategic sales matrix to saturate our networks effectively, contributing to sustained growth for Express Errands & Courier.
    • Event Participation and Assistance: Actively participate in exhibits, demonstrations, conferences, and meetings, showcasing and promoting Express Errands & Courier’s services.

Our Offer:
This is an opportunity for unlimited  (uncapped) growth with a highly incentive-structured compensation package starting at $50-70k base, OTE of $75k+ in year 1, and potential earnings well over $250k in year 2.
