Technical Skills:
– Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Strong understanding of logistics fundamentals, including routing, scheduling, and inventory management.
– Courier Software: Proficiency in courier management software and tracking systems for efficient operations.
– Data Analysis: Ability to analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
– Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
– Geographic Information Systems (GIS): Familiarity with GIS software for route optimization and geographical analysis.
